These terms govern your use of the Elevate Academy website at elevateacademywindsor.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms are about the website, not about enrolling

Nothing on this page is an enrollment agreement and nothing here sets tuition, payment, refund, cancellation or graduation terms. Elevate Academy is a private occupational school regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Division of Private Occupational Schools. Those terms live in the school catalog and in the enrollment agreement you sign before starting a program, and those documents control. If anything on this website appears to conflict with them, the catalog and the enrollment agreement govern.

Information on this site

We work to keep program information — hours, credits, curriculum and schedules — accurate and current. Programs, pricing, class start dates and staffing can change, and details on this site may be updated without notice. Nothing here is an offer of admission or a guarantee of a place in a program.

Statements about careers, licensure or earnings describe general outcomes in the beauty industry. They are not a promise of employment, of passing a licensing exam, or of any particular income. Licensure requirements are set by the State of Colorado and can change independently of this school.

Booking salon services

Appointments in our student salon are taken through Boulevard, a third-party booking provider. When you book, your information is handled under Boulevard's own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. Salon services are performed by enrolled students under the supervision of licensed instructors, which is why prices are lower than a commercial salon. Appointment times are estimates and may run longer than a comparable service elsewhere.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

  • break any law, or encourage anyone else to;
  • attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its hosting, or its accounts that is not intended to be public;
  • interfere with the normal operation of the site, including by automated scraping that degrades it for others;
  • submit false information through our contact or booking forms, or submit someone else's personal information without their permission;
  • copy or republish substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes.

Our content

The text, photography, curriculum descriptions, logos and design on this site belong to Elevate Academy or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Photography of our space, students and staff may not be reused without written permission. You may share links to our pages freely, and you may print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Brand names belonging to our partners and suppliers, including Schwarzkopf Professional, are the property of their respective owners and appear here only to describe the products and training we use.

Links to other sites

This site links to third parties, including our booking provider, our financing partner and our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or how they handle your data. Following a link means leaving this site.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Elevate Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, such as lost time, lost opportunity or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under the enrollment agreement if you are or become a student.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or the school changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Weld County, Colorado.
